With Private 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin, and a futon) helps to facilitate 5 people. A kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom (with a bathtub) are all included in this home. A 65" tv witch is in the room where the futon is set up (This room does not have a door but does have a curtain to divide off this space if needed). The house has a front porch and a front and back yard. You are more than welcome to use the basement, but please note that it is an unfinished basement and is not set up for aesthetics in mind as of yet. I placed a mini 10-in-1 game table down there and a projector that can play movies on DVD if is so interested (please note, hot water heater and furnace are out in the open and is not advised that kids play near that area in the basement). The basement has one locked off room for staff only. (There is also a room in the back of the basement that is unfinished but soon will be completed, it is not a legal bedroom because of the window size, so it is not listed as a bedroom in the listing and we are not responsible for how this room is used or any dangers it might introduce (but can be used at your own risk.) A long driveway is included for multiple vehicles and a front and back yard for playing or taking it easy.
