We had no hot water on our first night. There are very few amenities so bring your own tea/coffee, sugar milk etc. Could also do with bedside lights in the rooms and a door in the main bedroom/bathroom. Very modern place built in the back garden of an existing residence where a transfer business seems to also operate from. Lacks a bit of privacy as a consequence. But it is newly built, spacious and modern. Conveniently located from where we needed to be in the suburbs with a convenience store and a great little coffeeshop/pizza joint within a short walking distance.

Cottage is very spacey, clean and well maintained. Location is pretty much close to the center. Yolanda was always ready to assist us and help to organize some activities. Small inquiries were resolved within a minute. Absolutely great experience.

A place to always come back to when visiting Vic Falls again. A home away from home. Friendly host, always available if needed and very proactive. Yolanda had good recommendations for places to visit, indicating great knowledge about activities and bookings in Vic falls. The place was so strategic for us to get to Zambia (Livingstone), Botswana (Kasane) and Namibia (Katima Mlilo). The visiting family greatly impressed with the house, its cleanliness, reception and the host. I can highly recommend a stay at this place without hesitation.

We were the first guests to stay at Yolanda’s accommodation. We only stayed for 2 nights, there were a few hiccups however Yolanda assisted and tried to rectify the situation immediately. Yolanda was always available and responsive to any queries or requests. She was pleasant and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She kindly arranged transfers for us as well. The pictures were an accurate representation of the unit.
