From the moment I booked my stay with Fran , I was greeted with exceptional enthusiasm and warmth when we first spoke about me coming to stay in her accommodation. She is responsive and helpful and has a wonderful spirit . Even before reaching my destination with her, she made sure that I had transportation to get me from the airport to her BNB . My stay was 3 weeks and within those three weeks I felt like I was home. The BnB looked exactly like the pictures, if not better! The place was spotless when I arrived and Fran had everything you could need in a home away from home. Extra pillows, blankets and she even had pots and pans if you want to cook too ! The accommodation also came with spices and utensils as well. The entire time I was there I felt so safe and worry free ! The location is within waking distance of the mall and a quick 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you want to go! I really appreciate how wonderful and thoughtful my accommodation was and how wonderful Fran is ! Book!

The place is great with the host being super hospitable and readily available to assist. Great location to city amenities. Definitely recommend this to be your place of stay during your stay in Windhoek.

The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay would recommend. Fran allows you to go to the balcony area and enjoy the views which was the cherry on top
