Our Napoleonic-style house has celebrated its 200th anniversary. It was recently awarded a label from the Fondation du Patrimoine for its "exceptional" architecture. Its surface area is 220 m2. It's a 2-minute walk from public transport, which links Paris in 25 minutes. Disney is 20 minutes away. You'll have an unforgettable time with your family or friends. The house benefits from a peaceful setting and a large 850m2 garden, close to everything. Shops are just 2 minutes away by walk. THE HOUSE Our house is located in Tournan en Brie, between the train station and the town center. Both reachable in 2 minutes by walk. The house has a completely renovated "garden floor" of 70m2, with table soccer (balls provided), a relaxation area where you can listen to music through a Bluetooth sound bar, drink a little coffee, and even party. THE GARDEN Outside, you'll find equipment that will delight your children: trampoline, playground with swing and slide, ping-pong table (balls and rackets supplied). A barbecue and accessories are at your disposal, as well as two garden tables for 6 people. Two deckchairs and garden furniture with 4 armchairs will be available in fine weather. THE ROOMS The house has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9 (6 adults, 3 children + 1 baby). 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor. On the ground floor, you'll find a fulls-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, and a living room with TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. You'll also have all the crockery and kitchen utensils you need. Garden floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, toilet and space for relaxation/games/party. Second floor: 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a crib. An electric air mattress is available on request for two extra people. The second bedroom has a 3-bed bunk bed. The second floor has a bathroom with bath and shower and a boudoir/office. BEDS / TOWELS Beds will be made up on arrival. This is included in the price. However, you must provide your own towels. Otherwise, this is an option at €5 per person. Please note that if you wish to take this option, you must give us 48 hours' notice. CONSUMABLES The following products are provided for your stay: toilet paper, sponge and washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning equipment. Optional: coffee capsules at €15 per 20 capsules, €20 per 30 capsules and €30 per 50 capsules. Bottles of champagne: €25 per bottle, €40 per two bottles. Please note: charcoal, shower gel/shampoo, cooking oil, salt and pepper are not included in consumables. BABY EQUIPMENT A changing table and high chair are available in the bathroom. PARKING Up to 3 cars can be parked in the house's paved courtyard. Free street parking is also available. PETS Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The SNCF train station (RER E & line P) is a 2-minute walk from the house: Tip: For information on train routes and timetables, download the "Bonjour Ratp" app. To get to Paris by train (€5 per person per journey): - Access Paris Est in 25 min with line P (direct train) - Access Magenta in 45 min with the RER E. - Access Haussmann- Gare Saint Lazare in 50 min with the RER E. To get to Disneyland Paris: - Accessible by car: only 22km = 25min - Accessible by bus (50-55min - €2.10/person/journey): Take bus N°32 (Transdev) from Tournan en brie station, direction "Gare de val d'Europe" and get off at the terminus "Gare de val d'Europe", then walk about 10min to the entrance to PARC DISNEYLAND. - Accessible by train (1h15 - €5/person/trip): Take the RER E towards Haussmann Saint-Lazare to "Val de Fontenay", then take the RER A towards "Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy" and get off at the "Marne-la-Vallée -Chessy" terminus (main entrance to the DISNEYLAND PARK). - Accessible by bus + train (01h00 - €4.25/person/trip): Take bus N°32 (Transdev) from Tournan en brie station, direction "Gare de val d'Europe" and get off at the terminus "Gare de val d'Europe", then take RER A direction "Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy" and get off at the terminus "Marne-la Vallée-Chessy" (Main entrance to DISNEYLAND PARK).
