Imagine stepping into an art workshop , appreciating the beautiful paintings that surround you and at the same time enjoying a vacation of style and elegance in this fabulous room in the center of town...all this is possible at FlaVi'ART! What will leave you breathless and make you immediately fall in love with this place, will be just entering an art workshop, where you will almost breathe the sensations that the painter feels, when he looks for inspiration to start painting and show off all his creativity. You will be surrounded by paintings with a style that turns out to be a compromise between metaphysics and transavant-garde , by tempera, paints and brushes, all in a context of finely refined industrial design, leaving no detail to chance. Climbing the stairs, you can access the "Art" room on the right side, which is distinguished by the blue and white tone recurring in the elegant furnishings and beautiful paintings that adorn the room. In addition to a cozy and comfortable Queen-Size bed, you will find an HD TV with Smart TV function with Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video connected to a fast Wi-Fi connection, a convenient closet ideal for laying your belongings and clothes, a mini-bar inside for your cold drinks and a tea kettle with various assorted flavors complimentary for you . The en-suite bathroom turns out to be very elegant, with a special finesse in the coverings and details, such as the VELUX window with rain detection sensor, the large and brand new shower cabin or the LED lights behind the mirror. The bathroom we offer you will be complete with every sanitary, with all useful accessories, including also a hair dryer and a Welcome bath kit with various shower-shampoo lotions. You will, likewise, have towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets and comforter available in the house. All necessary disinfection and sanitation measures have been taken for you.

I would recommend it!! 10 out of 10 it's nice,it's clean,the mattress is amazing,there are two different pillows to choose of,a fridge filled with welcoming goodies which are amazing especially when you are arrived in the heat. thank you very much for this nice experience

La camera è proprio come in foto, fantastica! Comfort e servizi eccellenti, posizione strategica in pieno centro e anche se ho avuto solo un soggiorno di una notte ho potuto apprezzare la comodità della camera e la bellissima accoglienza nel laboratorio d'arte... semplicemente pazzesco! Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

You will be in a very quiet location but the beating heart of the city ,well served by all bus lines (1,2,2S etc.) just a few minutes walk from the apartment and at your fingertips you will have bars and restaurants for every need, since you will be immersed in the historic center,being one of the most important and ancient streets of the city, in which to circulate freely even on foot for your evening walks.
The best places to eat will be right next to you, obviously in the center and all within a few minutes walk. We highly recommend the bar/restaurant Art Academy , or the restaurant Disizos Sardos, within walking distance of your location. I also recommend the restaurant Essenza, which received a Michelin award in 2020, also within walking distance of your accommodation. Other excellent restaurants are: the Trattoria "Il Gambero" or the restaurant " IN ACQUA" , perfect if you want to eat good quality fish. If you would like to enjoy an exquisite cocktail after your dinner, we highly recommend the Mint Julep cocktail bar or the very elegant Spirit Boutique.
Parking areas are diverse and with a varied number of spaces: a 7-minute walk from the house, you will find the spacious free parking lot at Piazzale De Rosa, otherwise you will find Piazzale Bardanzellu even further downtown and not far away the parking lot at Via Nanni.

-15 minutes' drive from the airport
-Minutes from the Ferris Wheel, all downtown amenities, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, the historic remains of the Roman Ruins, the Basilica of San Simplicio and the Necropolis below.

-A splendid and inimitable sunset at Capo Coda Cavallo, 15 minutes away
