Great place! We might be moving to Rochester and Frankie’s house was great to get an idea of the homes and area! In a great area, lots of shopping and restaurants. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Smelled amazing when we walked in.

As soon as we walked into Frankie’s place we were honestly amazed at how beautiful the home was. It’s much bigger than I assumed it would be and is so, so wonderfully cozy. It’s the type of home you could sit and read a book for hours on end while drinking a cup or two of tea. Not to mention how great the place smelled as well (and how pristinely clean). Although East Rochester can tend to be a bit sketchy to outsiders, the home has surveillance outside so we felt more at ease during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There are dozens of great places to visit within 10 minutes of the house too!

Frankie's house is just perfect for a couple or family with a couple of kids (who could sleep on the large leather sofa or with their parents on the huge bed). The house was very clean and the kitchen had a surprising supply of spices and seasonings. My only complaint would be the lack of water pressure in the shower, but it is in a ginormous tub that would be great for a soak (I didn't get the chance). We would definitely stay here again (the cat had a great time, too)
