A great place to stay for short desaru trip. Beautiful private beach and big swimming pool with nature scenery.

I very bad experience to staying at this homestay. The unit is not clean, we feel like how many months didn’t do for the cleaning! Because got a lot of dust at the room, table, floor etc… and the room ceiling light is drop down lighting wiring got electricity is very Dangerous for us. I text a message for their PIC and ask some technician come and fix back only there also no response it to me. The time we text is almost 12am. Their customer service is not 24 hours to standby. So their didn’t take action and reply my message the just seen my message. No responsibility. And the check In time is 4pm-11am. For the check in distance also very trouble, because homestay to check in location need drive car 8min-10min only can proceed for check in. first time staying this terrible homestay. I Really very very very disappointed for this. We as a traveler getting this bad experience at Johor Desaru Tiara Lot C1-03-02 Desaru homestay. 🤦‍♀️
