Quite honestly I could not rate both the space(The Fika Room) or the hosts(Gricelle and Sef) any higher. Especially having rented for a period of 2 months as a place to live for my fiancée and I during career transitions; it may be the single best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The space is incredibly well built, kept, maintained, fully featured, and decorated with the inclusion of additional touches that really put it over and above. Both Gricelle and Sef are wonderful hosts who are attentive, generous, helpful, and more friendly than I could begin to ask for. Any time we had questions or needed anything addressed they went over and above in making sure we were taken care of. Once again I really can't overstate how highly I would recommend the stay. If there was a 6th star to add in rating the time spent staying at the Fika Room in every regard, I wouldn't hesitate to be adding it.

The most complete Airbnb I stayed in. Responsive host, clean place, strong internet, hot and cold shower, complete utensils, Smart TV with local cable, comfortable bed, and a cold and new air-condition. The only thing missing is an elevator 😆

The unit was all clean and clutter free. The host was responsive and helpful. They sent someone to help us with our luggage since my husband had a knee injury prior to our check in. Zaimon was very cheerful and friendly. However, there was a spit and cigarette ashes on the steps on the 3rd floor. I know it was beyond the host’s control so still am giving them 5 ✨.

We had a great stay. The host is very accommodating and very quick to reply in guiding and answering all your inquiries. We had a smooth self check-in and check-out process because proper instructions were given by the host. We loved that they are complete with kitchenware that you can use if you want to cook.  If you need to buy something, their location has a nearby Grocery,  Convenient store, wet market and drugstore. The place definitely matches the photos on the listing. Worth the price. Surely you'll not regret it. Might book this one again! ❤

We had the best stay in the Fika Room. The host(s) are very accommodating and nice. We hope that we could book next time.
