Arlene's condo is just as described and as pictured. For this San Francisco native, the location at the beach in Pacifica was perfectly situated for our travels to the City and to the Peninsula. You'd never know from the immediate environs that the urban sprawl of the 21st Century Bay Area is just over Skyline Boulevard! The apartment was cozy for my wife and me, as well as our grown daughter. The place was seemingly very recently updated, with new flooring, lighting and bathroom fixtures. The kitchen was well furnished, although we didn't so much more cooking there than morning coffee and breakfast. The complex and the neighborhood are very quiet and peaceful. Access to a stretch of beach is a 3-minute walk. The only noise we heard were early-morning trash/recycling pickups, and who can do anything about those. Good value for price in a very expensive area. We'll look forward to future visits.

It was the perfect location for our family vacation. Easy and within 30 minutes to get to San Francisco. The kids loved all the smart home features. We liked have more space than a hotel room to spread out and relax at night. Grocery store and some decent restaurants are very near by. Arlene was very responsive when we had a question. The place could have used a few more hangers in the closets as the second bedroom didn't have any drawers to store clothing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our search for a replacement home during our home remodel led us to this gem by the beach. From the outset, Arlene was more than just accommodating; they were genuinely caring and attentive, ensuring our unique situation was met with understanding and flexibility. Communication was seamless, providing us with all the information we needed for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Nestled just a short walk from the beach, this property offered the tranquility and comfort we desperately needed. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need - making it feel like a home away from home. The 3 parking spaces are perfect and Arlene even accommodated our bikes in a nearby storage unit.
