Perfect space for a solo traveler looking to spend at least a month in Hong Kong. It is extremely tricky and difficult to find a comfortable living space with quality and clean amenities in Hong Kong. The price is perfect for the location. I might even say a steal! Mong kok has everything you can ever need. Quiet studio living in the heart of such a bustling metropolitan area is unbeatable especially for a place like Hong Kong. I stayed for one month and It was great to come home to a quiet living space where I could unwind away from the noise. I would highly recommend this space for anyone lookin to be involved in Hong Kong but still have a secluded city hideout to come back to.

Though we didn't get a chance to meet Alex or Katie, Alex is responsive with our messages. The check-in was easy and seamless with the help of his employee, Eaton. This apartment unit is only minutes walk from Mongkok Station surrounnded by lots of shops and eatries. 10 minutes walk and you are in Langham Place. The apartment is new, small and compact with the necessary facilities. Suitable for one person and short term stay.

I had a great experience! I was the first guest to stay at this studio in Mong Kok. There was still some construction and painting going on in the building when I arrived. My host was up-front with me about this at the time of booking, and I agreed it wouldn't be a problem. The room was a bit small, but space-efficient--my bed folded up into the wall, as did my desk. I couldn't have been happier with my location. There were dozens of delicious restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the place. The subway entrance was only a block away. My two weeks here flew by quickly.
