This gorgeous interior was artfully designed, engineered, and built by three of our owners, who poured lots of love, fun, and attention to detail into the space with the wish that you--our valued guests--have the most relaxing, peaceful, luxurious, fun, welcoming, and memorable time! Sleeping Areas: Enjoy the gorgeous view of the bottom floor from our cozy lofted bedroom. Both upper windows have beautiful woodland views and come with black-out blinds (a manual blind over the bed and a remote-controlled blind over the sofa). Our loft is adorned with New Zealand sheepskin rugs, color-changing strip lights and side lamps, a Vornado fan, and 100% cotton bedding. Dedicated Work Space: We have provided a table that can function as both an office desk and a dining table (extra folding chairs in the closet). The table also unfolds to twice its size. Please read the manual for instructions on how to properly expand the table. Outside Living Areas: Enjoy your covered front deck opening to a quiet treed woodland as you sip your morning coffee. Relax in the back with another covered deck fully furnished with a three-seater couch, two additional comfy swivel chairs, and a propane grill for your fun cookouts! Parking: There is parking for up to 2 vehicles right next to your house. We ask that the second vehicle park right behind the first and be tucked into the trees as much as possible to not block the driveway. We also have potential parking for truck and boat trailers. CANYON LAKE & SURROUNDING AREAS: Canyon Lake has an awesome vibe and is buzzing with things to do all year round, including scuba diving, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, sailing, tubing, kayaking, cycling, walking, etc. We are only 4 miles from the famous "Tubing at the Horseshoe" and "Whitewater Amphitheater" (with annual concerts by megastars such as Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard). Just down the road, we have "Granny D's" (the best breakfast place on the lake!), plus "The Italian Garden" and "The Silver Sage Grill" restaurants nearby at Hancock Plaza. New Braunfels and Gruene Village (home to the "Oldest Dance Hall in Texas," "Schlitterbahn Water Park," "Prince Solms Park," and the "Wurstfest") are only 25 minutes away. Tubing and swimming at Aquarena Springs in San Marcos are 35 minutes away, and the ornate and tranquil village of Wimberley, with its famous "Wimberley Square and Market Days", is a 25-minute drive through gorgeous Hill Country.
