Nice apartment close to metro, tram, bus & within 20/30 mins of major attractions. Anna is very responsive host. Flat is well laid-out over two floors and was as described. Its really good for a family, there was a big-screen projector, two full bedrooms with an added baby cot and few baby books too. The bath had a hot tub and a separate shower and supplies. There's a separate guest WC attached to the living area too. There's also a small balcony to sit and enjoy late summer afternoons. The Aircon in the living/kitchen area was a life-saver in the hot Paris summer and there was also a portable AC/cooler in one of the bedrooms. Beds and sofas were comfortable and clean. There were few mosquitoes in the flat possibly due to the trees just behind the building but both bedrooms had nets covering full beds, so we didn't have any issues. Kitchen had basic utensils, however it was not clean, utensils in cupboards were wet and unclean, we had to clean them b4 use. I would chose it again :)

Anna is a great host. She was very considerate for all the additional requests that we had. The stay was very comfortable and the place is very cozy.

L'appartamento è veramente delizioso, ottimo per una famiglia con 2 ragazzi., molto curato in ogni dettaglio architettonico. Aria condizionata già accesa al nostro arrivo, qualsiasi tipo di elettrodomestico funzionante, molto pulito ed ordinato. Un grande schermo per il proiettore che i ragazzi hanno gradito tanto con Netflix e Appe Tv dispnibile. Check-in e Check-out comodissimi. La posizione dell'appartamento è a 50metri dalla metro linea 8., quindi è semplicissimo raggiungere ogni luogo ( la Tour Eiffel si raggiunge in meno di 20 minuti scendendo a École militaire). Anna è stata molto pronta ad ogni necessità ma allo stesso tempo riservata. Tutto ottimo! Grazie ancora.

Cette adresse m'a été donnée par une connaissance de famille, je n'ai pas regretté de suivre ce conseil car j'ai été enchantée de l'appartement. J'adore le style des années 30, et Anna a su respecter avec bon goût le style de ce building dans sa déco intérieure. L'emplacement était parfait pour ce que j'avais à faire à Paris porte de Versailles, et à deux pas du métro et du tram (et de la petite ceinture avec sa belle promenade). Il faisait chaud à ce moment là, la climatisation a donc été la bienvenue. L'appartement était impeccable, avec beaucoup de personnalité, je recommande!
