Camp Serenity is nestled just feet from beautiful Lake Carmi. Hard to get any closer! Two docks provide places to swim, fish, sunbathe, sip beverages or launch the kayak from. It has a large private front yard and a campfire pit to enjoy. Come relax and experience the stunning views and lakefront living! It is a quick 10 minute drive to Franklin that offers a General Store with deli/pizza to order, a library and a post office. It is 20 mins to Enosburg Falls and 30 mins to St. Albans. The Space Walk into the welcoming entryway that leads you to a gorgeous view of the lake and into the spacious and open living area. It includes a large fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining space with a long table, and a living room with two comfy sofas and a large smart TV. The downstairs also offers two relaxing bedrooms, an updated 3/4 bathroom, and an entrance to the screened-in sun porch and deck. The screen-in porch has furniture to relax in, a “towel tree” for wet outdoor towels, and another table for dining, playing games or whatever you choose. The second floor holds two more peaceful bedrooms (one has two twin beds and a queen bed that has a curtain to separate the twins and queen beds. The other has one queen bed and a Graco pack and play. There is also a living room with a game table, a TV area with a cushy futon (also sleeps two) and another 3/4 bathroom.

Corey and Michelle were super friendly and communicative. They were very accommodating for us off-season so we could see the eclipse. Beautiful spot! Would love to stay again sometime.

The Serenity Cottage is just as described. It is cozy, yet spacious enough for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets and comfy comforters. The enclosed porch was the best for early morning coffee watching the sunrise over the lake. Or dinner and wine at night watching the beautiful sky light up. We didn't get to use the kayak or paddle boat because of the weather. But the rainy weather enabled us to enjoy the Cottage even more. We left there filled with peace and Serenity! You won't be disappointed.
Michelle’s cabin was perfect for our family get together. The rooms are nicely set up and the cabin is well equipped. The information book the hosts prepared was very clear and helpful. Michelle answered out questions quickly. Definitely recommended.
It's a peaceful relaxing place by the lake. We wish we could have been there more days. It's not fancy but it was clean, well stocked, and adequate for our family group of 10. We loved that it was so close to the water. You can sit in the screened in porch and listen to the waves and the loons! Loved it! Thanks, Michelle and Corey for sharing your place with us. We may be back sometime.

There is an inviting community of people who boat around on the lake. Lake Carmi State Park is located across from Serenity. The Phoenix House and the Abbey Restaurant are great places to go out to dinner locally.
The home is located down a long maintained dirt road that parallels Lake Carmi. Most transportation is done with cars, trucks or side by sides. You can ride bikes on roads located on the lake too.
