We recently stayed at Mariam's house to explore Moseley, and it was perfect for this purpose. The house is a short walk from a wide range of pubs, bars and places to eat, yet we were never disturbed by the hustle and bustle once in the house. We enjoyed a pint or two in the closest pub, the Pat Kav, and had a really special Thai meal at Sabai Sabai, but there was lots of choice. The accomodation was every bit as pleasant as the pictures implied, with modern decor and more space than expected. The kitchen was basic, but functional, with stemless wine glasses (as others have commented on this!). Yes, there were some aspects that were a little less luxurious (the entrance hall isn't great, but once you're in the flat it doesn't matter) but overall for the price it was very good. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern and the location was great.

Great value for money, arrived and the fridge and drawers had not been cleaned however we didn’t use them so it didn’t really affect us. Easy location for getting in and out the city. She’s done a great job decorating the place and making it feel homely! 👍🏻👍🏻

Booked to stay at Mariam's place late afternoon , just to be clear the place looked wonderful on the pictures nothing against that however when we arrived, there was no key in the lockbox, it turns out that Mariam had overbooked leaving us stranded at the door with luggage at around 20:00 hrs in a cold evening. We had to chase her for instructions on how to check-in & had to call more than once to get a response as we couldn't find the lockbox, however Mariam was kind enough to offer us an alternative place for that night which we declined.

Everything was just fine
