There's a small play ground on the main road near the rink for summer fun and winter usually means the skating Rink is up and going (obviously weather dependant) so bring your skates. Keep an eye on our social media pages for local festivals and other special events near by.
A&K Convenience store has everything you may have forgotten on your grocery list and fuel so you can gas up for all your adventures. They also have a small take-out eatery open all year.
Clode Sound Motel & Restaurant has delicious home cooked meals if you don't want to bother cooking during the summer months (May-early Oct), they are closed during winter months.

You're going to need a vehicle to travel around the area. Newfoundland is an expansive and spread out province with sometimes long distance between destinations. Although I have seen brave individuals cycling around the province 😬
