Venue is beautiful and very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and outdoor area well organized. Massimo was very clear on facilities and rules of the house as well as helpful with suggestions for activities around the area. The town is very quiet but it’s strategically positioned to reach the sea and more lively towns quickly. The property is on the pricier end of the spectrum in the area, but overall the offering is worth the price. Would love to be back!

We had a fabulous stay. The house is very beautiful and stylish, with a fantastic kitchen and we loved the pool / outdoor area. The house was very comfortable for 7 people with plenty of space. We also enjoyed the area, with great beaches and towns with close driving distance. Massimo is a wonderful host that was very helpful in helping to make reservations and recommendations in the local area.

This place is absolute perfection- everything about it oozes style, sophistication and class. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere so beautiful. Massimo is a fantastic host and is always on hand for anything you need. I cannot recommend this place enough- it’s amazing!

Il soggiorno nella splendida casa di Massimo è stato molto bello. La casa è arredata con gusto e molto curata, pulitissima e molto accogliente; gli spazi perfetti anche per più persone con bambini (eravamo 8 adulti e due bambini piccoli). Il giardino e la piscina belli, il patio perfetto per mangiarci tutti insieme e la cucina totalmente attrezzata. Massimo è stato un host puntuale e scrupoloso, estremamente cordiale e molto discreto. Al di là della confusione che può esserci in Salento ad Agosto, la casa di Massimo è stata un’oasi di pace e relax
