The house is huge and neat when checked in. But, the entrance light was not working, it was fixed last minute (plus upon fixing, it did fall and the light bulb glass shattered on the floor causing a nuisance). Next, the host promised for hair dryer, but upon several requests, the hair dryer was NEVER sent to the residence. In addition, the house was stated to accommodate 6 pax of guests, when asked, the host mentioned that there would be an extra mattress, pillow, and blanket but none were provided instead just said there was a sofa bed and no facility upgrades were entertained. Lastly, the toilets were too slippery, if showered the water would accumulate and pool the toilet entirely (it was a huge hassle). The kitchen got cockroaches and did not have any dishwashing soap to wash plates. Overall 2/10, poorly maintained, dissatisfied!

Host did not perform pre handover check of the apartment. AC of both room did not work for 4 days and nights. Had to do rigorous follow up on calls messages with host and Airbnb. Host always come up with rosy messages of apologies and false promises of fixing things up by after noon then evening and night but it took us 4 sleepless nights when AC finally become operational. They were not considerate enough to compensate my family for those sleepless night. Had a very bad experience with host communication l, false promises and resolution of problem.

Nice location, quite neighbourhood close to shops and restaurants with good food. Interior was clean and spacious. A few pointers to work on: 1) Sheer curtains allow sunlight which meant rooms were bright early morning. Very annoying for light sleepers like myself. 2) Shower couldn't stay in place therefore had to hold handle manually while taking a shower. 3) Kitchenware too basic and not sufficient for family occupancy or "cuisine connoisseurs" like myself. If these are fixed definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

We loved the place! Great surroundings. Its 2 minutes from the Silicon Central mall which have a lot of shops, restaurants, coffee place, big supermarket, exchange currency bank, ATM machines,etc. The apartment is in a very safe and secure environment, great for kids and adults, the building have a playground for kids which ours enjoyed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and gym on the 7th floor. It has hot water and a well functioning washing machine. The staff were really kind and always willing to help. The host are friendly,responsive and kind. we truly recommend My family and I had a very great time in Dubai and it all began with this apartment ☺️ I RECOMMEND 💯✅
