Beautiful farmhouse of about 100sqm can perfectly accommodate 4 people. In front of the accommodation there is a lawn shaded by oaks, lemons furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation! The agriturismo is located in Pacina, a charming town producing red wines and olive oil, known the Vin Santo del Chianti (Trebbiano and Malvasia). The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room,kitchenette, bathroom and large furnished garden. Uncovered parking space on site! The accommodation of about 100 sqm is located entirely on the ground floor (2 steps to access). PAY MORE ATTENTION to the 2 steps to access, if you are traveling with children! The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, desk, wardrobe; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, two armchairs, access to the garden; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, table with chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; - GARDEN furnished with table and chairs, parasol. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI with MAX 30 GIGA soap, independent heating, a portable fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning. The fireplace is NOT usable. Barbecue available upon availability. The garden is shared with other guests. High chair available on request. A parking space available, also suitable for SUVs.

Wauw! Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij hier gehad! Prachtige airbnb, heerlijk afgelegen locatie op maar een paar minuten van het dorp. Heel lieve eigenaars die je graag helpen met info over de steden, wat te bezoeken of eender welke vraag je hebt. Die tuin; geweldig! Mijn zoontje kon er heerlijk in spelen. Één van de beste airbnbs waar we al geweest zijn. Aanrader!!
Eduardo’s place is perfect, felt right at home. Also a nice and great bottle of wine as Welcome gift, from their own vineyard. We felt safe with their sweet dog watching over the property night and day. We can highly recommend it
The airbnb was a nice stay for the most part, Eduardo (owner of the farmhouse) & his parents also live on the property, so he was always around for anything we needed. Location is very much rural countryside so unless you’re looking for a bit of a digital detox, the signal and wifi is terrible. We found it really hard to make calls/use wifi, despite Eduardo asking us to turn the wifi on/off. Also, if you’re not planning to drive then you’ll be spending a lot of money on taxis which are also hard to find. The taxi’s come from Sienna (20mins away) and will have the meter running - this was the most expensive part of the trip! Overall, it just needs a few extra tweaks from being the perfect tuscan countryside getaway! Thankyou to Eduardo & Nadia for being really attentive & forthcoming with any issues we had and recommendations we needed. For an extra charge, Eduardo also dropped us off to our next destination / and back to Florence. Thankyou!
Hosts/family owners very friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine on arrival (produced on the farm) and delicious fresh figs and greengages. This property was great for peaceful days reading books in a traditional and quaint farmhouse that has clearly been a much loved family home throughout the generations before becoming an air bnb. The garden trees provided welcome shade on hot days. The location is brilliant for walks, a quintessential rural property and exploring the Tuscany/Siena area. Thank you.

Pacina is an ancient monastery located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena, on the border between Chianti Classico and Chianti Colli Senesi.
The apartment is located in the farm, a small productive reality, located about 2 km from Castelnuovo Berardenga where the Crete Senesi give way to the Chianti hills.
Castelnuovo Berardenga is an excellent destination for a day to spend discovering the wonderful rural landscape that characterizes the southern part of Chianti. This small town, in fact, boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage, with churches dating back to the year 600 and noble families who have built majestic villas with fairy-tale gardens.
Both Radda and Gaiole in Chianti are less than 30 km away, although there is no need to venture too far to find expanses of silver olive groves, sunflower fields or quality accommodation to stay during a holiday in Chianti. And for those who want to discover all the secrets of Tuscan wine production, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Chianti Classico are within easy reach.

- Certosa di Pontignano: 26 minutes by car;
- Montalto Castle: 19 minutes by car;

- Carrefour Express: 5 minutes by car.
- Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 101 km from the property. The best way to get to the accommodation is by taxi or rent a car (1 hour and 18 minutes).
- Castelnuovo Berardenga station is 5.6 km from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the property is by taxi (11 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the bus n. 134R to the stop "Castelnuovo Berardenga", just 18 minutes on foot from the property.
-If you are travelling by car you can park on site, an open parking space. Also suitable for SUVs!
