This is the second time I’ve booked this house and it was fabulous. Clean, beautiful decor, thoughtful details, beautiful bathrooms, and everything is organized and easy to find. Check in and check out were a breeze. Andrew is a fantastic host!

Andrew's place was immaculate upon arrival. The house looks just like the pictures and check-in was a breeze. When it comes to communication, even prior to checkin in, Andrew responded quickly and was extremely helpful. If I am back in Houston I will definitely be booking Andrew's place again.

The house was remodeled with a nice backyard setup with an open living room and a beautiful granite kitchen but far from worth the $3,000 dollars spent for 3 nights. The house is literally less than a 1/4 mile away from the ghetto/hood. As current law enforcement officers my husband and I with our 3 teen daughters and 5 year old son, in a foreign state to have payed over $1,000 dollars a night this was very upsetting, disturbing and disappointing. Safety for anyone should always be the #1 priority. He has approximately 6 cameras with speakers just walking into the house from the driveway which is only 15 feet away at max.(The neighborhood is the reason why)I personally believe he has cameras in the house as-well, which was very creepy thought to have. On the last night I was asked to wash dishes, clean bathrooms, bedrooms and etc. I would completely understand if I did not pay north of $300 for a cleaning service fee. One room was turned from a linen closet(NO SPACE)not recommended

Andrew’s place was even better in person! The time and passion it must have taken to remodel this place, with painstakingly amazing detail! Truly a diamond in the rough rare find! And that’s coming from a couple of Airbnb world travelers!
