Great place to stay for a few nights - very clean, close to the Lobster Shack, and a great base to explore Bicheno and the close national parks. Communication was excellent.

This accommodation is located conveniently within walking distance of all the town's attractions and with the most beautiful view from the balcony. However, our sleep quality was compromised due to the absence of block-out curtains or ceiling fans/aircon units in either bedrooms. The main bedroom receives direct sunlight from the balcony window, and both bedrooms capture all the heat rising, resulting in uncomfortably warm conditions. We could not achieve a comfortable sleep temperature despite leaving the balcony door and windows open both nights. Also, the lack of Wi-Fi was bizarre (I've never been to an Airbnb without Wi-Fi), mainly because we had a baby monitor for our toddler, which we could not use during our stay. While the Airbnb's location was ideal and the property itself was aesthetic, the absence of essential amenities, such as adequate cooling options, detracted from our overall satisfaction during our stay.

We had a great stay in this lovely space. Very clean and very new. Easy driving to lots of great locations. Our only thumbs down was the bed isn’t very comfortable, and the house could do with some blackout blinds. On arrival it was a warm day and the bedroom was quite warm with no way of cooling it down. Regardless, we would recommend, had everything we needed!
