Forget your worries in this homely and serene house. There are 3 bedrooms, a large terrace with a magnificent sea view that provides the perfect space to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. The house is just a two minute walk from the well kept beach; walking through the main square, a children's play area, a variety of good restaurants, cafes, a butcher, a bakery and sea food shops. Be aware that: The property is accessed via steps. There is no parking available directly next to the house. This 90m2 house is accessed through narrow streets with steps leading up to the front door. There is an air conditioning unit in the living area and in all 3 bedroom as well as ceiling fans in the house. The first floor entrance opens out to an open plan space. It has shelving, hangers and a well equipped kitchen. It has a comfortable sofa (which can convert to a sofa bed), a Sony A90k, 48 inch TV, an extendable table with 6 chairs. For those rare nights when there is a chill there's a pellet burner. There is even a bed for your dog. The kitchen has a Bosch induction 3 ringed top with an electric oven. There is a dish washer and fridge freezer. Onto the first floor where there is a spacious bathroom with a bath, together with a shower facility and plenty of hangers for the towels. Next to the bathroom there are three bedrooms: bedroom one has a very nice wooden framed double bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds that are ideal for children. Both beds are 1.8 metres in length. In every bedroom there is storage for your "smalls" and generous hanging facilities for your clothes. The roof top terrace is 45m2 and is accessed via a flight of stairs. The terrace is south facing and enjoys sun from morning until early evening and has a sea view, together with a view of the castle hill to the west. There is a shaded area with an alfresco kitchen, fridge, coffee maker and a ceiling fan for the hot season. There is a enough comfortable seating for several people. We live in the house ourselves for 5 months each year, so we have ensured that your stay will be confortable and well provided. We are constantly working on improving the space so from year to year you my find that the bedrooms look slightly different then on the photos. The renovations take place during the winter and early spring while we are in Spain. We do our best to update the photos as soon as the work is complete.
