Discover Nobus Villas, opening its doors in 2023 in Messinia! Comprising two modern, energy-efficient houses, Nobus Villas - 1 boasts a private infinity pool, BBQ, and spacious terraces with panoramic sea views. Nestled in a 6000 m2 fenced area, it offers tranquility amid few holiday homes. Just 250 meters from the sea, the nearest beach is a quick 4-minute drive. Your retreat to serenity begins here. Nobus Villas 2 is a new modern villa of 125 m2 with a large private waterfall type pool of 50 m2. It is built with Smart Home and Passive House specifications for great thermal comfort throughout the year. You enjoy stable temperatures in all areas of the house, without humidity, with good & continuous ventilation, with a reduced carbon footprint. Each room has independent climate control. The villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (which are joined), on one level. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is integrated into the master bedroom. The living area consists of a spacious living room with a 65-inch smart TV, a dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The apartment has a washer-dryer in its own space. The large terrace of Nobus Villas - 2 has a dining area, a living room, as well as sunbeds - poufs to enjoy the amazing sunset, next to the pool, gazing at the Ionian sea. The continuation of the terrace ends in the bbq area which also has a monastic table, grill, sink and bench for food preparation as well as an external shower, with a view of the sea and the island of Proti. Additional amenities include: welcome basket, daily cleaning, bathrobe, towels (body, face and pool), slippers as well as branded bathroom amenities. With the color touch screen at the entrance of the house, you can easily and automatically control all the blinds and lights of the house, garden and bbq. With the push of a button when you enter and leave the space you can activate all the lights and roller shutters in the house. You can even selectively turn on the garden and BBQ lights to relax during the afternoon and evening hours.

Very nice place for a family, we could relax and recover very well. The region is calm, and not very touristic. A car is definitively needed to get around. Nice beaches can be found close by, some nice hikes and places to visit within around an hour range.
The house was absolutely beautiful with an equally beautiful view. It was so peaceful and quiet, but also in a convenient location. The beds were comfortable and showers were amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. Wish we could’ve stayed there our whole trip.

Από τον χώρο της πισίνας το ηλιοβασίλεμα είναι μοναδικό. Ο Παναγιώτης και ο Φώτης είναι εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες και αντιμετώπισαν άμεσα κάποιες μικρές αναποδιές που μας έτυχαν, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν ανά πάσα στιγμή. Ελπίζουμε να καταφέρουμε να σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά.
The location, the convenience and the vibe of this place is exceptional. Very clean with great amenities. All the staff were very professional and friendly and made us feel like home. Super easy check in and check out process. We are definitely coming back!
Absolutely superb! Beautifully built. They really paid attention to detail. This villa came well equipped. Our family of four truly had a lovely stay. This 3 bedroom villa can host 6pp comfortably. Location was perfect! Short drive to the most gorgeous beaches. Our favourite beach was Kookoonari beach club. But there are more to discover. About a 20 minute drive to Pylos and 15 minute drive from Gialova. We were also a 5 minute drive from our favourite restaurant in Marathon called Riki’s. Markets and other restaurants are near by as well. We are definitely going to miss the pool and SPECTACULAR sunsets. Only wished we could have stayed longer. We received a beautiful welcome basket upon our arrival. Thank you!! We had our towels changed everyday and housekeeping. Definitely every mother’s dream 😀 Excellent communication with Panagioti and Vicky🙏🏻
