This was our second time staying at one of Marty and Jade’s properties and we will do so again any time we are home visiting family. This apartment was well appointed and very clean. This particular property had a bit of a musty smell, but likely due to the proximity to the beach. The ac was strong and kept the main living area very cool but the bedrooms were a bit warm in the evenings as the ceiling fans were very strong and loud to keep on at night. It was manageable though. After staying in other properties in the area, we would enthusiastically recommend anything hosted by these hosts! They think of everything!! Thank you for a delightful stay.
Marty and Jade's place was perfect for our little weekend getaway. We could walk to so many lovely restaurants - a massive amount of places to choose from! The beach and shops were all just a short walk away too. Heading home to relax in the gorgeous apartment each night was beautiful.
Driving to Wollongong, it's recommended to take the scenic Grand Pacific Drive. Once featured in a Ferrari commercial, the Sea Cliff Bridge boasts incredible views. Settling into the apartment, guests will enjoy discovering local activities. In a quick four-minute drive, peruse the Friday Forage Markets showcasing local produce and artists. Wollongong Beach is a convenient six-minute walk to the surf. For foodies, Crown Street is a mere five-minute walk and boasts great eateries. Satisfy your sweet tooth at the internationally award-winning Cow And The Moon ice creamery. WIN Stadium is a two-minute walk away, so be sure to book ahead for sports games and music concerts. Additional conveniences include two supermarkets within a five-minute walk and buses running directly outside the building.
