Jose Manuel is not only a fantastic host but also a wonderful human being. He is extremely solution-oriented and always helps in finding a suitable fix to every situation. He has been exceptionally kind and hospitable and made sure that my wife and I are comfortable and feeling homely at his place. We went out for shopping at Costco and he hosted us for a lip-smacking dinner at a local restaurant. Added plus are his most adorable kittens - Romeo & Charlie, whom we loved so much!! Before my wife was leaving for India, Jose got her a nice dress as a farewell gift. We have totally become like a family over the 2.5 months that we stayed at his place and would love to come back again and again. He's a gem of a person and always respects your privacy and sensitive towards one's personal preferences. I can simply go on & on but never be able to convey enough gratitude for the awesome hospitality that we received from him. He is very welcoming and always happy to assist in every possible way.

Jose Manuel is a very kind person. Him, his wife and his son Marcelo welcomed me to their home and were very cheerful. Jose Manuel showed me around the kitchen, the bathroom and the room. We chat through long hours about the the city. My booking at his place was for a month. Jose Manuel offered his home during this time. I thought it is the most human thing to do for another mankind. I am happy the four of us are all verified users of Airbnb. His home is in a good neighborhood. It is also close to the railway station. A water boiler could be useful in the kitchen.

Jose Manuel is a charming man . He welcomed us at his amazing apartment some hours earlier as our flight landed at 5am local time . He is the most helpful host I’ve ever known . He helped me surprise my girlfriend by buying tickets for a musical (Chicago) even before we arrived in Spain . He helped us exchange money at a local agency . He was always responsive and gave us useful information regarding what to do in Madrid . The apartment is huge and comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfy stay. If you also like animals he has two adorable cats that can give you some good company. The place looks exactly the same as it is described, it has a gym , a swimming pool that is available provided you go in summer, a very comfortable bed in a spacious room and although it seemed a bit apart from the center, it is located only two stations away from Sol, so you can get there in literally 20 minutes . All of this for a very reasonable price , totally worth it . Thanks Jose Manuel.

Excelente estadía, muy agradable lugar y departamento con todas las comodidades y de buenísima calidad. José Manuel es una persona agradable, simpático y proactivo el cual siempre buscó que nos sintieramos a gusto ya que solucionó rápidamente las dudas/imprevistos que surgieron durante nuestra estadía. Sus gatos generan una grata compañía y las vecinos son muy amables, recomiendo totalmente este Airbnb si sois turistas o buscas un lugar de estadía más larga como fue nuestro caso.

Sin duda el mejor Airbnb en el que he estado. El piso estaba genial y José Manuel es una persona encantadora, super amable y atenta. Tuvo detalles muy bonitos con nosotros como dejarnos desayuno preparado cada mañana y ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitaramos. La urbanización es súper tranquila y tiene piscina para refrescarse cuando hace calor. La habitación muy amplia y todo reluciente. Muy bien comunicado y fácil de encontrar, lo recomiendo 100%
