James’s place was incredibly clean, cozy and the beds/bedding were comfortable and clean! James was responsive and accommodating. Check in was simple. Neighborhood was older but peaceful. Backyard wasn’t private from the neighbors but we didn’t mind, the fenced area was nice for our dog.

We want to stay here every year when we leave Sturgis during the rally. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night. James and Rhonda were very responsive (within 20 mins). The townhouse was so clean and the location was awesome. My wife and I agreed that this place itself was the highlight of our whole vacation. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and parks located within 5 min driving. All other aspects of SF are within 15 mins. The A/C is higher power and kept us cool. They had everything labeled clearly. The garage was clutch. Absolutely loved the stay. I would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the kids toys and games were a great touch as my my 3 year old son really enjoyed them.
