This is a nice place to stay if you want to work and relax at the same time. Mia is very responsive and friendly and gave us clear instructions that why we had a smooth check in and check out on her place. 🥰

This unit offers a cozy retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The room itself is inviting, with tasteful decor and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The host’s friendliness and responsiveness added a personal touch to our experience. However, we encountered some issues with the kitchen appliances. The burner took a considerable amount of time to heat up, making meal preparation a bit challenging. Additionally, we experienced power supply problems when trying to use the microwave. Despite these minor hiccups, our overall stay was enjoyable.

I had a pleasant stay and slept well at Mia’s place. Her unit was clean and there was no pest problem at all. It’s bang for buck as you’re getting a queen size bed and sofa bed if you’re thinking of bringing along some guests. You will be provided with all the utensils and kitchenware you will ever need - though the electric stove takes a long time to heat up. And even so, the max level of heat isn’t going to be very helpful. So the stove is only good for heating up canned food/packed meals. Other than that, it’s one of the best places you can get for quick escape from Manila heat! Clean, spacious, and with lovely view of the gated subdivision across the condo.
