I was very pleased with the space. It was close to where I needed to be and very convenient. There were not instructions on how to leave the space so we didn’t best we could. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Cottage was easy to find and very cute. We had everything we needed and Yukema was very responsive. Good location to stay at for an Auburn game. we enjoyed our stay.

The host was very responsive, but the place overall left a little to be desired. The kitchen was bare-bones with very little cookware, no silverware, and mostly plastic plates/cups. The house was very well decorated and not at all cluttered, with helpful amenities in the bathroom like q-tips and shampoo/body wash provided. We ended up bringing our own towels and I'm glad we did - the ones available weren't the best. There was also some lingering trash/dust in corners and under beds (we had to check for missing socks/kid toys before leaving, otherwise we wouldn't have noticed), but overall it was pretty clean. The neighborhood itself was nice and felt safe, but there wasn't much available food/store-wise in the immediate area (within a few minutes drive). But it was close enough to Auburn for a game-day weekend, and was easily accessible.

This would be a Buyer (Renter) Beware Review. This person is using this place for a quick buck. The description claimed to have a FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR DINING AREA, and BBQ. This residence had none of those. Out of all of my experiences with Air BnB - I've never seen such disregard for the renters experience. There is NOTHING in the kitchen. No plates, no glasses, no coffee mugs ( but they do offer a Keurig), no cutlery. If you go to the grocery store before you arrive to make yourself a meal - you're out of luck. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years with dust so thick that flew in the air when turned on. The master bath sink and tub had difficulty draining water. I was told the other bathroom toilet wasn't properly fastened to the floor. For a total of $905 for 2 nights - one expects better. Renter Beware.
