I stayed for 2 1/2 months. Nilu was an amazing host. With a long term stay like that things came up that needed to be taken care of. Nilu was incredible at getting back to me with anything I needed or asked. She was friendly, positive, both she and her husband took care of literally every detail. I never felt like I was bothering them. The place itself was very comfortable. The bed was great. There were ample linens. The appliances worked well. She even left some goodies for me to enjoy. I have been to a lot of airbnb's. This one exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Nilu's place for anyone interested in staying in the North County San Diego area.

The stay here far exceeded any expectations we had. The place was beautiful, inviting and sits in a great location. Nilu was amazing and responded fast to any questions we might have had. She really made the stay here comfortable.

Nilu’s condo was prefect. I stayed here for a month and it had everything I needed. It had parking, a pool/hot tub, if needed plenty of street parking, and I felt extremely safe in the condo and surrounding neighborhood. I had such an amazing experience at the condo, I would 10/10 recommend and stay again! Close to plenty of beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nilu was responsive, when needed and extremely friendly!

Nilu was an excellent host and communicated quickly and accurately. Very helpful with relaying directions, tips, etc.
