Matías super amable desde el primer momento, nos facilitó varias cosas para que estemos cómodos. Tanto el check in como el check out fue libre en cuanto al horario, super flexible en todo! La casa es comoda y tiene todo lo necesario, supermercados cerca y estacionamiento. Muchas gracias!!

The location is great, especially for the children due to a true Disneyland just a few steps away. Matias treat us as his close friends and gave all support and local recommendations. We stayed for 3 weeks in February and March and will definitely get back. The small inconveniences you may find (but not critical for us): attic getting hot in the evenings and at night you may hear vehicles on the street. You can find a full tranquility in Mar de Las Pampas though. Overall Matias' place is highly recommended and totally worth to stay in!
