Do not hesitate to book - this is a gem. My wife & daughters (age 13 & 11) just loved this peaceful property with unobstructed and EPIC view of the volcano. We are so glad we did not book a hot spring hotel room. We were able to sprawl out and being able to access Los Lagos was such a bonus. You are in good hands with Santiago.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and I already want to go back. It has everything you would want/need and Santiago is very responsive and helpful! Waking up to the view of the volcano, having your own fire pit and hot tub and then being able to use the amenities at the hotel as well, is just perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION. JUST BOOK IT. No need to look any further honestly. Sadly we only got 1 night here but almost immediately my whole family fell in love with the villa and we all wished we could've stayed another night minimum but we snagged the last and only night available in March! This villa is everything and beautifully designed. just do it.
