It enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf of Gaeta, you can see the islands of Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene. It is a 10-minute walk from the historic center and 2.8 km from the sea. The property is located in a strategic position between Rome and Naples, easily reachable by train, close to the historic center of the town and a 5-minute drive from the beach. It has recently been renovated and has all kinds of comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, oven, bathroom linen, bed linen, bath soaps, electric kettle, free wifi, free Netflix. The structure is located in a quiet and low-noise environment; we care about your health and for this reason it is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher. Inside the structure we have put at your disposal a workstation for those who work in smart working, a piano for those who know and love to play, some books that guests can possibly take with them to the beach or when they leave if they have not yet completed reading.

L'appartamento è molto curato, spazi adeguati e arredato con gusto. Ci ha colpito favorevolmente la dotazione di tutto il l'occorrente e oltre. Molto apprezzati il kit di benvenuto con colazione e l'indispensabile per un pranzo veloce. Host disponibile e discreto, abbiamo subito ricevuto le informazioni essenziali sulla zona che si sono rivelate preziose. Il mare si raggiunge con meno di 10min d'auto, il paese di Minturno si raggiunge invece a piedi ed ha tutti i servizi a portata di mano... bar, alimentari ecc..
The Apartment was beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding landscape, it has all the modern amenities and comforts one could ask for. Our Host left us some snacks and pasta for a meal. She also provided us with contacts for all the local services. On top of everything Giuseppina went above and beyond to help me reconnect with my relatives who were originally from minturno. She wasted no time in asking around and helping me piece together my family history. For this I will always be grateful.

Amazing experience and one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at! The apartment is modern with vintage touches, loved the interior design! It has everything you need, even a piano, books, some games and foosball. So generous of Giuseppina to also provide pasta for us to cook, aperitivo and more. Beautiful views from the balcony and parking on premises. I wish we could have spent more days in this comfy flat! Grazie mille and keep it up :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to eventually have to leave. Guisippina and her mother were delightful and very attentive. They went above and beyond and were some of the friendliest people we have ever met. The place is immaculate and felt like home and the view….AWESOME! Thank you for letting us live there for two weeks! Highly recommendable!
