I stayed for three nights as a solo traveller and felt safe throughout. The apartment was also very clean and the best part is the location! Very convenient and so close to the lake with many cafes around. I stayed over the weekend and although the night market is just downstairs, the sound proofing of the room was done very well :) Thuy was also very responsive and kind to arrange for airport transfer and train station transfer for me.

You will love this apartment in central Hanoi. It was modern, spotlessly clean and all of the features were well thought out. the location is outstanding. Can be noisy on the weekend when the road is blocked off. Communication was quick and easy. Great to have use of a washing machine/dryer. Access to the apartment is a bit tricky. Enter through a small pancake shop, enter door code, up idiosyncratic elevator, enter another door code. If you arrive or leave when the shop is closed then you have to use another code to access a key safe. it all worked but it feels like they could have a simpler system to access the shop front when it's closed.

Our stay here was great! We were able to store our bags during the day before check in after getting off the night train. The location is great, walkable to all locations in the old quarter.
