The place is nice but I paid 200.00 more going thru Airbnb than I would have if I’d booked it thru Best of Magnetic. They told me this. I was very disappointed that Best of would not let me check in early despite the place being ready and cleaned. I understood checks needed to be made but i was made to wait until 2pm. I thought this really mean spirited given I’d asked for an early check in if at all possible. Also told i needed to fill out paperwork, upload id online, collect keys from office etc before I could check in. When I queried this (as identity is all confirmed and validated thru the Airbnb app- that’s the point people!!) another person at Best of did tell me I didn’t need to. All very confusing and annoying. Best of need to sort this process out much better. Fan in property really noisy.
