En general bien, solo tiene un baño mal olor y se mete a un cuarto ese olor.

Our experience with Naya Homes was not great. We arrived to the security gates and were not able to get in. We managed to get in contact with Naya and found out there had been a leak and we could not stay at the property until it got fixed. They had another unit close by. It was not ocean view and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was so new, that 3/4 of the building was still under construction. The main pool was still a hole in the ground. We stayed in that apartment for the majority of our stay. When our booked apartment was fixed we moved there as it had the ocean view and beach that we had wanted. There was a foul sewer smell that would come and go in the apartment. There was also no hot water. The major concern I had with Naya, was that they didn’t seem to care about customer service. The lady we dealt with in the resort was nice. I felt as though Naya Homes the company couldn’t care less, that we were a number and we either went with what they said or cancelled.

Uno de los mejores lugares que he ido, una zona super tranquila y bonita, el departamento muy amplio y bonito, con una vista increíble, todo super impecable. Sin duda regresaría.

lo único que mencionaré que noo me gusto fue que, al llegar al alojamiento, en dos ocasiones, tanto en la caseta de entrada, como. nuevamente en recepción, me dijeron que no tenian mi información y que yo tenia que comunicarme con mi anfitrión. A pesar de que ya les estaba dando toda la información necesaria para mi ingreso, en vez de que ellos lo hicieran, me dijeron que lo hiciera yo; ya qué yo era el interesado en entrar. Y finalmente quien iba a recibirme para darme la bienvenida, nunca se presentó. asi que no hubo tal, al contrario hubo mal venida.
