Excellent value.. close to train

Tristan’s place suited us to the ground. We spent most of the time outside around the table & chairs at the back of the house. Of course the weather played a big part. Tristan’s place is no 5 star hotel, but it was impressively clean & that was the main requirement. Parking onsite was very convenient. There was no tea, coffee, salt, pepper as another user previously commented, so come prepared. The quality ceiling fans came in extremely handy. You will need to be a technical wiz to know how to work the tv lol. Overall we had an all-right stay & would have been much better had the council not decided to work all night ceiling the road & had the smoke alarm battery not gone flat. I would recommend this place based on the cleanliness, but suggest to Tristan he provide a tea towel in the kitchen. (There was paper towel).
