Our team booked 2 rooms (#4 and #7), #4's door's knob is broken and #7's door has a hole. We told the hosts that we'll have 3 people in #4 but they only gave 2 sets of blanket sheets. The host told us we either wash the dirty sheets/blanket ourselves or we wait until 2:00 am to get the fresh one. We complained about the bad customer service and the host said he's a busy businessman and if we're not happy, we can cancel the booking. It was hard to find a suitable place in the first 4 days. We cancelled the last 2 day's accommodation. The 3rd night we parked the car in front of the house, but the host asked us to move the car to the street parking. We got a ticket next morning and contacted the host. The host said that he would solve it and we kept checking the ticket website, it was still there. The host lied to us that we had to wait for 24 hours but even after 48 hours, the ticket due was still there. We had no choice but to pay the ticket. I don't recommend this place.
