We had such a nice stay here in Kingston! The apartment had all the necessities and we felt right at home :)

the sound of the trains passing becomes part of the charm of the apartment, although it IS frequent and may not be for everyone. the dedicated parking space and easy access make the location A+ for exploring. and the price is excellent considering other very costly neighborhood options in Kingston and local areas. very bare bones apartment but bathroom and kitchen have everything needed. plenty of towels and a hairdryer hoorah... only drawback: draft and chill which in winter was tough. carin Jean was communicative, however, helping us to get heat right, so it worked out but it's clear the place is in the process of some upgrades. would come back again! thanks Carin Jean.

Carin is a responsive & excellent host. I appreciated her flexibility in allowing an earlier check-in. The apartment is simple / no-frills, yet met my needs nicely. I appreciated the ease of access, driveway is right out front so only 3 steps in. If you are coming with a dog, you'll appreciate the enclosed garden area. The location is convenient to downtown Kingston. I found no issue at all with the sound of the train - apartment is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a no-frills yet convenient stay with their pet. Thank you!

The house was clean and the parking lot was conveniently located right next to the house. I went in at night and came out right away the next morning. So I wasn't sure about the neighborhood, but the location was good and the neighborhood seemed safe. There was the sound of a train moving occasionally, but it wasn't too loud so it didn't bother me much. My whole family was satisfied and had a good night's sleep.

Carin’s place was exactly what we needed! She gave us lovely recommendations for what to do in town and she was so accommodating and responsive to us if we had questions. If you want a cute little spot to explore downtown Kingston, this is the one!
