✅2 Fully Air Conditioned Rooms. ✅Hi-Speed WiFi / Internet. ✅Full Bathroom with shower heater. ✅Dining, and Living room with smart TV. ✅Patio and a terrace. ✅Full Kitchen complete with utensils and cooking ware, a fridge with freezer, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, and induction cooker. ✅Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. ✅Gated Parking Facility with CCTV monitor. ✅Max Occupancy of 5 Persons. ✅Welcome Snacks! ✅Pets are respectfully prohibited in the property. ✅No smoking of any kind. This is the third unit Townhouse in the property. With a small patio. first floor has the living room, dining, kitchen, a ful bathroom, and extra room meant as laundry area or storage. There is a staircase going to the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, side table, window air conditioning, and a terrace. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, side table, cabinet for your clothes, and split type air conditioning.
