Everything about this place was exceptional. The premises were immaculate. The location is fantastic. It is a short drive to Saratoga and Lake George. The extras were unexpected and greatly appreciated. There was delicious homemade Babka Bread, Eggs, water, condiments, coffee, tea, other non perishable foods, and a nice snack basket. It is hard to think of an amenity that wasn't provided, including a towel warmer, great board games,and books to read. Both bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash, soap, and lotion. Arvilla is a fantastic host. Any questions were answered almost immediately. The friendliness and responsiveness cannot be beat. The grounds are awesome! A beautiful backyard with a great fire pit. Which, I might add was stocked with plenty of wood. Arvilla even provided a fire starter kit, sun tan lotion,and bug spray so your outdoor time would be comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in a couple of weeks

Arvilla’s farmhouse was just what we needed for a getaway from NYC - clean, quiet and lots of fresh air.

Our stay at the Farmhouse was excellent. The house was very quaint and lovely. It was very roomy and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location of the farmhouse was perfect for where we wanted to visit. The farm fresh eggs and snacks were a nice touch and the complimentary toiletries were a sweet surprise. We will definitely stay at the farmhouse next year ! Arvilla was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

This house was perfect for us. We were meeting family in Saratoga, but wanted to stay outside the city. It was only 15 minutes to the racetrack. The house had everything we needed plus a great backyard with a grill and a firepit. Arvilla had everything set up for us including waters, fruit, and eggs if we wanted to eat in. In addition, the house was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
