Beautiful location on the water in downtown Tampa. We stayed a couple of nights including NYE. One tv on deck was not working and was quickly replaced by their maintenance person. Emily also stopped by with a bottle of champagne for our NYE celebration. The location can’t be beat for the fireworks display. We did have an issue with our neighbors early morning music. It was somewhat expected on NYE but out of the control of our host.
Had a great stay! My first time sleeping on a boat and enjoyed it - plenty of room, clean, walking distance to so much! Would definitely recommend for a unique overnight experience, and can’t beat the location. Thanks Suncoast and Emily!

Nestled on Harbour Island, you'll be situated in one of Tampa's nicest neighborhoods. Within walking distance you have access to several great bars & restaurants, Tampa's famous Riverwalk, coffee shops, the Amalie Arena featuring many sporting events/concerts, the Florida Aquarium, and Sparkman Warf. If walking isn't your style, jump aboard Tampa's free Trolly - it delivers passengers to various stops downtown Tampa and the historic Ybor City.
Tampa's free trolley stops a short walk from the yacht and is a great way to get around. Many hourly bike & scooter rental options can be found on the island as well as Lyft & Uber services.
