This little hideaway is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. It is a studio apartment in the basement of my home and offers off street parking, in front of the gate. Newly built and completed in January of 2022 by owners. NO TV, but strong WiFi is available. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap. Have questions? Ask me. This is a 300 sq ft studio apartment in the basement of our home that includes a queen bed, kitchen (pre-filter on kitchen sink), full bathroom with tub/shower(pre-filter on shower head), stackable washer and dryer and full closet (all private).

Nice place to stay… easy to find. Friendly owners.
I cannot begin to describe the generosity from Kelly and Brian. Due to weather I needed to stay a second night and they opened up their home to me to fit me into a spare bedroom. Not only that but they even invited me to join their family dinner. As a roadtripper I was overwhelmed the effort they went through to make me feel at home. I’m so truly thankful.
Cute basement area. Fresh filtered drinking water. Loved the welcome note Kelly had up once I got inside.
Kelly’s little casita was the perfect pit stop on our long drive! Our pup loved the fenced in clean backyard and park right down the block. Kelly was a great communicator and I would 100% stay here again! Wonderful lil spot

Our neighborhood is a lovely place to walk. There are usually folks and their families and dogs walking each day. There is a park just down Painter Street about a block.
There is a fenced in dog park (1 for little dogs and 1 for big dogs) just past the playground area in the park.
Walking or driving, our neighbor is lovely. There is one space for parking directly in front of the entrance gate, leading to the back yard and studio front door and another space, if needed in front of the shop (both off street parking)

My husband Brian, retired mechanic and I, retired collegiate Athletic Trainer, are excited about more travel and free time to spend with our 9 grandchildren, ages 6 months-15 years. I like to ride horses in the woods and Brian likes to golf and bowl. We walk with Allie a lot and just want to stay active.
