Food and Drink
Use our house as a base to explore the flour mills, delicatessens, restaurants, bakeries, ice creameries, breweries, cafés and even vineyards around Sörmland, most of which are within a 30 minute drive.
Amenities
Our nearest town, Malmköping, a 15 minute drive away, has everything you will need including a Systembolaget (Swedish government alcohol monopoly).
Sightseeing and Culture
Many picturesque communities are a short drive from our house. Mariefred, with its castle and lakeside vibe has much to see, do and eat; for art and pizza lovers, the former iron foundry turned into an art gallery and cultural centre at Hälleforsnäs with a popular Neapolitan style pizza restaurant. Stallarholmen is a must for vintage lovers with many second-hand stores in the Yellow Industrial Building (Gulaindustrihuset).
