Conveniently located in the city's tourist site of Joyuda*, this apartment provides easy access to nearby restaurants and beaches. This apartment provides the comforting and relaxing ambiance that is perfect for any vacation getaway. *Tourist areas, as such, are prone to street noise, including but not limited to cars and music. An amazing one bedroom apartment with one queen bed. Equipped with bed sheets, bed throws, pillows, iron press, hair blower and clothes' hooks. The bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp and office chair for conveniently working from home. A living room area with Smart TV with Disney+ and Hulu. Wifi is also available. A kitchen (has pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, utensils, paper towel, mugs, plates, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and stove) and countertop for having meals. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. All spaces have ceilings fans plus air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. The apartment has a washer/dryer combo ready for all laundry needs. There are two parking spaces reserved for the guests in the property. The property has a private entrance with an electric operated gate. IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PROPERTY RULES: Solar Power Rules: This Property is COMPLETELY SOLAR POWERED and OFF GRID. It has a robust solar system that meets the entire properties demands, including having Tesla Batteries and Solar Panels. Guests will enjoy UNINTERRUPTED electrical power during their stay. In order to have a sustainable stay, the following rules need to followed: -Please be mindful of solar energy expenditure and production. The energy produced by the solar panels will be used during the day and the remaining energy will be stored in the batteries for use during the night. Remember, there is NO energy production at night so be efficient with your energy expenditure during the night. -Do not use the washer/dryer during the afternoon and night due to its high energy consumption. You can use the washer/dryer during 8:00am-12:00pm (midday). -During the night, be aware that if the stored energy in the batteries is used carelessly, the batteries will run out of power and thus the apartment will not have power. -Turn off ALL air conditioners when not in use. If the host confirms that the air conditioner are turned on during the hours that the property is vacant, you will be charged extra ($50 fine) for excess use and damage to the units. There is no need to leave the A/Cs on while you are out all day either by the pool or outside of the property. General Property Rules: -Check-in window is from 3:00pm-8:00pm. Specific arrangements can be made but must be coordinated with host prior to arrival. -Check-out time is at 11:00am - No Exception to Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed with the Host in Advance -Standard occupancy of 4 GUESTS -Under no circumstances may more than 4 guests stay at the property -Max occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property -Quiet hours from 11:00pm-8:00am -NO PETS are allowed in the property -Parties are strictly NOT allowed -No Smoking in the property or outdoor areas -It is prohibited to leave things in the exterior, including but not limited to towels, bathing suits, shoes, pool coolers, clothes etc. -Only TWO parking spaces are designated for the guests, strictly. -No visits allowed in property premises -We have security cameras covering the EXTERIOR of the property. This includes: gated entrance, parking spaces, pool area and property perimeter. These cameras are recording 24/7 for the safety all. Pool Rules: -The pool are is shared with other guests in the property, please be considerate. - There is no lifeguard in the pool area. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. -Please enter and exit the pool slowly - Utilize swim attire in the pool area, no skinny dipping and no street attire -Urinating in the pool is prohibited. Use the bathroom, not the pool -Do not bring food/drinks to the pool area -No diving is allowed in the pool -No running or horseplay -Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or narcotics -Do not use the pool if you are ill - Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult. No children without supervision in the pool area. -Be considerate: no yelling or other loud noises -Music and speakers are prohibited in the property -We do not allow any type of pool toys, floaties or inflatables in the pool -We have security cameras covering the EXTERIOR of the property.
