This historical house near National Park Tiveden is very silent situated in our own forest of 26 hectare, two lakes on walk distance. 2 long distance marked hiking path pass by. Four years ago it is completely restorated in old style, without modern facilities, but a cosy atmosphere like a woodstove and open fire place. There is 12 V solar panel for lights. In the mean accomodation (900 m) are a sauna, bicycles, canoe for rent. There is even a yoga building. Meals can be ordered. The house has 2 big main rooms downstairs, with a kitchen part and a single bed. A woodstove is available to cook and warm up. The cosy livingroom with the open fire place is suitable to sit. Upstairs are 3 sleeping beds with a low ceiling. The sittoilet is as usual in old swedish houses outside.

We absolutely loved our stay, so confortable and cosy, superb location trails and walks all around. Annemiek and Aziz are super helpful and kind.

Det lille skovhus er særdeles velegnet hvis du ønsker fred, ro og privatliv i de store svenske skove. Vi sov godt og gik ture i området og nød stilheden og den veltilberedte aftensmad og venlighed hos Aziz og Annemaik. Det er basic men værterne sørgede for det væsentlige: brænde, drikkevand, rengøring så det blev afslappende selvom det var primitivt. Kan varmt anbefales!

We stayed at the Röjangen House and can highly recommend it. We were there a second time and this time directly for two weeks. Annemiek and Aziz are fantastic hosts and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Everything they do, they do with warmth and hospitality. Besides the sauna we also ordered food in the main building twice this time and can only recommend it. Aziz is a super cook and everything is prepared with love. It is a simple and quiet place, great to rest and regenerate, but also to hike and explore the many attractions (lakes, landscape, national park but also cultural monuments)!

Det meste stille og idylliske sted man kan ønske sig, hvor det er fuglene, træernes hvislen og de fem heste som danner baggrund for den ellers helt stille natur man omgives af. Annemiek og Aziz er nogle meget søde og imødekommende værter og man føler sig fra start af meget velkommen. Vi kan kun give de varmeste anbefalinger.

The area of Tiveden is well known of its extremely beautiful rough nature. Of course the nearby National Park, but also the old marked pilgrimspath goes along the house. Many cultural places as the old harbour place Askersund, with its old coloured houses, many kloster ruins, pre historical stone circles are good for a change of activity.

出行信息

You can travel by public transport to Tived. Take the train to Laxå railway station (direct train from Gothenburg as well Stockholm). Once a day there is a bus to Sannerud/Tived. Ask us for information before booking your journey. From here we can pick you up for a small amount. Please tell us far in advance that you will travel by buss!
