Abbiamo alloggiato per il Lucca C&G, ci è venuta subito incontro proponendoci un orario del check-in anticipato. Casa pulitissima e bella come da foto, ne vale assolutamente la pena alloggiare qua!

We had a great stay and the four of us, 2 adults and two kids were very comfortable in the apartment. The neighbors were friendly and there was plenty of space for parking off the street. There was a coffee shop and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was really clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. The balcony’s have beautiful views but they are narrow and not set up for relaxing and taking them in. Our hosts were really helpful booking a day at one of the beach clubs for us. You will definitely need a car to visit the beach it’s too far to walk. This was a great base for us to visit Lucca and Pisa and Cinque Terra as well as the marble mountains which were spectacular. We really loved the area. Can recommend the stay for sure.

Gioia was very supportive after the public bus didn’t arrive to take us from the train station to her place. She cam to pick us up and we were so grateful for this. She gave us the name of a taxi and this is how we got to Lido di Camaiore (approximately €20 for a 5-10 minute drive). The apartment is pristine as is the building and the neighborhood has all the amenities. We particularly liked the cafe at the corner for our morning coffee. It’s frequented by locals and the interior is a throwback to times gone by. We recommend staying here; it’s comfortable, quiet and you really get a local experience. But bring your own transportation if you intend to stay out after 20h or explore the area.
