Die Wohnung ist spitze und Gudrun ist nett, das mal als wichtigstes vorweg. Zentral gelegen, gute Anbindung an die Öffis, sehr leise. Sie befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) im Hinterhaus und der Straßenverkehr ist somit überhaupt nicht zu hören. Gegenüber vom Belvedere und nur wenige Laufminuten z.B. zur Oper. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und entspricht den Bildern. Die Matratzen waren übrigens sehr gut, weder durchgelegen noch unbequem. Das WLAN ist stabil. Für einen Aufenthalt in Wien können wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely little flat, not too far from the main train station and just across the road from the Belvedere. We easily walked into the city and back and found a couple of local restaurants. The Goldegg was great for breakfast and Artcorner a nice Greek restaurant was convenient for dinner. It was perfect for what we wanted. The bed was really comfy and good hot shower in the bathroom. Lovely fluffy towels.

The flat is very light and attractive with large windows overlooking the courtyard of an old world building. It was also fully equipped and comfortable with printed instructions for everything and Gudrun was kind enough to arrange for early check-in.

Logement impeccable en termes de propreté et joliment décoré. Le lit est également très confortable. Gudrun a été très réactive quand il y a eu un souci avec la douche, le problème était réglé en quelques heures. Elle a toujours répondu rapidement à mes messages. Le logement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, à côté des jardins du Belvédère et du tram D et assez proche du centre-ville. Il comporte le nécessaire pour cuisiner de manière simple (à mon sens il manque juste quelque chose pour éplucher les légumes par exemple ou une plus grande planche). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un super séjour et recommandons cet appartement très agréable proche de tout.
