The 2-storey Villa Suka is conveniently located in the Umalas area, there are many other cafes and shops within walking distance. At the same time, the villa is located in a quiet place where noise of road will not disturb you. There is a security guard at the villa for your safety. On the first floor of the villa: - spacious living room with cosy sitting area and large flat-screen TV; - fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking: stove, toaster, microwave, dishes and utensils; - dining area for 6 persons; - workspace that overlooks the pool; - a bedroom with king-sized bed. On the second floor: - two bedrooms, master bedroom with a large bath where you can relax; - another living room with TV that overlooks the garden.
