Great location. Close to the beach and quick drive for any tourist attractions. Perfect for a nice low key vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Great layout especially with kids. We had kids in our group starting at 7 months and as old as 9 years and the kids had enough space to play or we could kick them out to the porch to bring their toys while we made dinner and could still see them. Everything was clean, more than enough linens, and even a few board games. I would stay here again and even recommend it to others.

Beautiful townhouse. Lots of space. Enjoyed the screened in back patio. Comfortable beds and thankful for 3 nice bathrooms. Easy to find and in a good location. Very close to Grayton Beach State Park and a Publix.

Valencia’s home was perfect for our stay. My husband and I stayed with our two adult sons and a daughter-in-law. The master bedroom suite is especially spacious and has a good sized walk-in closet. We especially enjoyed having three bathrooms in the unit. The kitchen has every utensil you will need and plenty of dishes and glassware. We really enjoyed the screened-in patio and used it every day. The unit is convenient to plenty of restaurants, and we even walked several times to the coffee shop and hard seltzer shop in the center in front of the unit. Several beaches are close by as well as a state park with lots of hiking trails. We were in town for a wedding, and we were happy that we had so much room to spread out. We also loved the way the unit is decorated. The kitchen, living area, and master bedroom suite are on the second floor, and this worked out very well for us. Great communication from the host too! We are already hoping to come back and stay in Valencia’s unit.
