Overall okay. Perfect communication with owner, very friendly and reactive (thanks a lot for the welcome gift). Clear instructions and easy access to the guesthouse. Pet friendly. Good location with lake beach at 10 min by foot and nice restaurants in the vicinity (car recommended). But, the house (sharing a fenced garden with owner) is quite dark and gloomy mainly because of its position with respect to the owner's house. On top of that it is pretty cold and beds only had a lightweight summer bedding. Also the antique furniture and decoration does not help. It needs an urgent renovation. Lack of sidewalks from house to lake beach. Pretty dangerous if you go with children and/or dogs. Constant traffic jam in Ponte Tresa to cross the border, specially during workdays in the evenings. It took us 1 hour to reach Brusimpiano coming from Lugano (15 km). So, not the best location if you plan to move around in the swiss side.

superbe logement propre et bien aménagé. il est bien placé pour se déplacer en lombardie. Le lac est accessible à pied et il est génial je recommande vivement

We had a great stay! Spacious apartment that keeps cool despite warm weather, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is in walking distance to the beach. Check-in was very friendly and we received good recommendations :)
