Thank you Amer for a great stay in your lovely flat. Easy check in, flat easy to find from instructions and key in lockbox. Clean/airy flat, big rooms, spotlessly clean. Easy to park and accessible to shops/bus into Oxford.

The flat was just what we needed - close to the hospital, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy. Amer’s building is one of the very few new buildings on the street. The area is safe, well connected by buses and 001taxi, steps away from shops. Amer was always very responsive. Check with him about the amenities in case you need to buy anything from the shops closeby. Use yelp to find bakeries, cafe, restaurant reviews. The amenities in the flat are very minimalistic. The plates and bowls are stoneware. The walls do not have any sound insulation so you can hear everything. If you are out an about during the day this wont be a problem. Its sad that the residents on the street do not keep the trash in the bins and its scattered in the driveway.

Amer’s place was very new and clean and is at a very convenient location with a Bus Stop that runs to both the City Centre and Railway Station just 5 mins walk away. The bus ride takes only around 15 mins. The beds were super comfortable, even better than what some hotel might offer to say. And it’s really a plus to find an AirBnB with 2 toilets for a 5 person group. However the place will more accurately sleeps/fits 4 person, depending on how comfortable your group is with each other. 1 of the bedroom has a super king sized bed that can sleep 3 person with a bit of a squeeze. There is no sofa bed and the sofa in the living room is not very comfortable to sleep on. Amenities & Utensils are also provided in sets of 4. Towels are provided but not the amenities, so do bring your own. Other than that you can reach Amer a lot easier through text, WA or call. He is super responsive and was very helpful with what we need. Would recommend for couples looking for a comfy & relaxed stay.

This property was incredibly nice and in a perfect location to visit Oxford and Headington. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious- a great place to come back to and unwind at the end of the day. It's also in a great location, bus links from London/Heathrow stop within five minutes walk of the property and bus stops towards Oxford's City Centre are even closer! The host is quick to respond and very helpful, would absolutely recommend staying in this property!

Lovely accommodation in a secure location. Very clean and tidy. My only issue was the lack of kitchen utensils (chopping boards, pots, pans, chopping knives etc). There were also no tea towels- just worth baring this in mind if you are considering cooking during your stay.
